Moji Olaniyan directs the institutional effectiveness office, responsible for quality performance of Global Studies University’s academic programs and administrative functions to ensure data-driven excellence in operational practices. She has over twenty years of experience in higher education academic affairs, student academic support, and student affairs.
She holds a Juris Doctor degree in law and is licensed to practice law in the United States. She held senior administrative positions at four major universities across the United States reporting to the Vice Provost or Dean at Cornell University, University of Wisconsin-Madison, the California State University at Sacramento, and the University of Virginia. She designed, and secured over $100k grant to run, the African Storytelling on Wheels (2007-2010) outreach initiative through the African Studies Program at UW Madison.
Currently, she is also the president of the Tejumola Olaniyan Foundation (olaniyanfoundation.org), a nonprofit organization which focuses on the empowerment, preservation, and promotion of global Black cultural studies.
