Abdou Diouf is a Master of Arts student in Global African Studies at The Africa Institute, Global Studies University, specializing in Museum and Critical Heritage Studies, from Senegal. His research explores how African heritage has been shaped by global historical processes and engages with contemporary cultural realities. Drawing on training in psychology, Islamic studies, and social and political philosophy, Abdou centers Africa in interdisciplinary inquiry and aims to develop critical approaches to heritage that highlight the continent’s active role in broader global transformations.
