Please review the information below as you prepare for your graduation ceremony.
Invitation Cards
Each graduate will receive four printed invitation cards for their guests. Every guest must present a valid invitation card to enter the ceremony venue.
Cards will be distributed to graduates on Wednesday, December 9, 2026. They will not be available for collection or issuance on the day of the ceremony.
International graduates who wish to invite family members from outside the UAE may request an official invitation letter from Student Support by [deadline to be confirmed].
An invitation letter does not replace an invitation card. Every guest must present a valid invitation card to enter the ceremony venue.
Graduates will collect their academic regalia on Wednesday, December 9, 2026. A deposit of AED [amount to be confirmed] is required at collection and will be refunded upon return of the regalia after the ceremony.

Photography and Live Streaming
GSU will arrange official photography, including a class photograph, individual graduate portraits, and coverage of the ceremony.
The ceremony will also be streamed live, and a recording will be available afterward on the GSU Graduation webpage. Visit the Live Streaming page for details.
Unable to Attend
If you are unable to attend the ceremony, please notify Student Support as early as possible so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
Another person may not participate in the ceremony or collect your certificate on your behalf.
